Northern Ibiza’s meeting point for seasonal food, curated art and culture

MIRA is a seasonal Mediterranean restaurant set in a sunlit courtyard in San Miguel, a laid back town in Ibiza’s north. With a focus on locally sourced ingredients, MIRA offers a precise, elevated take on Iberian tapas—reinterpreting traditional flavours. The kitchen is overseen by former Nobu chef Giacomo Notarbartolo, while the wine list highlights natural and low-intervention bottles, balancing local and international producers.

Produced by the contemporary art gallery Gathering, situated next door, MIRA is part of a broader cultural project founded by Alex Flick. Gathering—with locations in London, Cologne, Ibiza, and soon Mexico City—presents exhibitions by key emerging artists, and informs MIRA’s ongoing programme of live music, vinyl sets, weekly performances, and artist-led events.

At the heart of the space is the iconic pink bar designed by Turner Prize winner Tai Shani. Contemporary artworks—including pieces by Steffan Breuggeman—are installed throughout, underscoring the restaurant’s direct connection to the gallery. More than a restaurant, MIRA is a meeting point for contemporary culture.
